Beverages - photo1 - pic of beverages or bar service Beverages provide the complement to every meal, whether it's a juice bar and freshly ground coffees for a breakfast or brunch, spiced tea for a social luncheon, a hosted bar and punch for a wedding reception, specially selected fine wines to serve with an elegant sit-down dinner, or Ice Sculpture Martini Bars for a special event. The Upper Crust staff is happy to assist you with selecting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to complete your event menu - just ask your event specialist for recommendations to fit any taste, budget, or facility requirement.

Because the Upper Crust holds a caterer's liquor license, we are able to serve host provided alcoholic beverages, or provide for you any alcoholic beverage items you wish to serve, including regular and premium spirits, wines, and cordials, as well as domestic and imported beers. We can also assist you in selecting spirits and wines for special evenings, such as Bourbon or Scotch Whiskey tastings or wine flights selected to accompany the various courses of an elegant dinner in your home.

As a general rule, non-alcoholic beverages are served to complement breakfast and lunch, while brunches and social luncheons may also include Mimosas, Bellinis, or Bloody Marys, as well as coffee, teas, and juices. Wedding receptions and dinners, both buffet and sit-down, most often offer a hosted bar, wines, soft drinks, and coffee/cappuccino bars as a special touch. Please note that many rental facilities require liquor liability insurance, or may limit the options available for service, such as wine and beer only, so please check before you make your final decisions. The Upper Crust maintains a $1M liability insurance policy, which is available to our clients at a minimal per person charge, and if we provide the alcoholic beverage service the liability insurance is included in the per person price.
